Opening Plans
July 29, 2020

Genesee Fieldhouse Owner's and staff have developed our plan for opening this Fall/Winter:

1. All person's entering the building must have a Covid-19 Waiver Form completed.

2. All person's entering the building will be required to wear masks. Player's can remove their mask when they are with their team members (pre-game activities). See item #12 below for spectator rules.

3. We have only one entrance and exit, the preferred method of containment. Not much will change, as we already disinfect on the hour. However, we will be spraying a high-end anti-viral product on all touch points and letting that spray sit for 10 minutes before drying. All person's entering must wear facial coverings

4. All bathroom and lobby touch points will be cleaned (doors, handles, toilets, counter-tops, soap dispensers, pop machine, candy machine) on the hour.

5. Staff will be required to wear masks at all times when speaking with customers at the customer service window and when out in the competition area.

6. Payments (Cash/Check) will be put in a drop box, to minimize face to face exposure. Preferred method of payment will be credit/debit card, called in.

7. There may be a break in between games (10-15 minutes if required) to spray down goals, doors, soccer balls, baseballs, softballs etc.. We are encouraging people to bring their own chairs, so as to minimize touch points for the general public.

8. The whole building has been sterilized the week of March 16th, and no one has been in since that day (goals, field markings, balls, dome walls, bleachers, doors, handles, etc.).

9. There will be volume restrictions (based on current day information), but our volume at 25% is 200-250 people, so the negative impact will be minimal. However, spectators may be limited. Additional information will be provided.

10. We will have a hand sanitizer stand near the front window, with soap in the bathrooms.

11. It is our goal, as in every other year, to provide the cleanest most sanitized facility.

12. Non-playing persons will be required to wear masks (CDC Guidelines on age), practice social distancing, and the teams will no longer be on the same side line. Teams and parents from each respective team will be across from each other. Players that are on the bench will be required to wear masks until they enter the game. Teams and coaches will be required to manage their benches for the safety of their players, as well as their opponents.

13. It is required for coaches and team staff to provide their own medical kit (band-aids, gauze, tape, ice, etc.)

14. We will no longer be lending sports equipment for practices (soccer balls, baseball gloves, goalie gloves, pinnies) to keep our Staff and Customers healthy. Bring what you need.

We look forward to having you back, playing your favorite sport.

Golf Driving Range
May 27, 2020

The Driving Range is closed for the season. We will be looking to open the indoor Driving Range in December 2020 to get all of our golf customers ready for the following season.

As more information is provided about the protocols that each business must do, we will add information to this page.

The current set-up of our Driving Range provides enough space for social distancing, while providing a warm spot to work on your game.

Credit Card Processing Fee
August 1, 2019

Due to the large increase in processing charges that the Credit Card Companies have forced upon the retailer, we are instituting a 3% processing fee for every credit card charge. This policy will go into effect August 1st, 2019 for all credit card charges.

This Summer we will be reprogramming our web-site with this new policy, so it will automatically process charges correctly. This reprogramming ensures every account statement shows the proper balance due.
